You will also have unlimited coach access daily for any concerns or questions you might have. There is also a one-on-one weekly Mentor Zoom call to cover any issues you have. I don’t know if I can afford your services.
Not everyone can afford direct coaching from me, and that’s why I have provided several different packages. All based on the foundation of what my higher ticket packages are based on.
Do I have to workout for hours every day?
No, my clients only workout 3 days per week and no cardio is required.
Do I need to buy supplements?
Not at all, I dont recommend any supplements. The closest we come is to purchase a whey protein or plant based protein based on your preferences but I consider that groceries and not supplements
Do I need to go to the gym?
No, depending on the program purchased you can workout at home or in a gym. Also any program is purchased has an easily modified app based workout if needed
Can I still eat out when on the program?
Yes, of course. My goal is to educate you on the foods you eat so you can make better choices when you do eat out. However the more you prepare your own meals the more you know EXACTLY what you are consuming
Why are you so expensive compared to other trainers?
First off, those programs aren’t custom (other than your name appearing on the program). They are based on the basic info you put into their software and a generic program and meal plan are spit out. What I customize for you is designed by me for you, and these programs and meal plans take time. Ongoing support is not done by VAs or bots
Do I have to workout and do cardio all day?
Good because my clients workout 3 times a week for 45-60 minutes without cardio
I’m a finicky eater and don’t think I can follow a meal plan.
Thats fine, meal plans are completely customizable and I expect people to change their meals and foods up to accommodate their likes and dislikes. This is why the education component is so important as you need to learn how to eat whatever you want while sticking to the program.
How long should it take to see results?
Clients see results week to week. We do weekly weigh ins and body measurements for that exact reason. If your body isnt changing and you are following the program then changes will be made to the meal plan to ensure you move forward
